What is a MacGuffin?

A MacGuffin is a mysterious object of great importance… whose purpose is often unknown but deeply coveted. Much like the items in our shop. In short: it’s a shiny thing you probably want. You're welcome.

How long does shipping take?

Every MacGuffin is lovingly packaged and sent on its journey within 1–3 business days. After that:

• US Orders: Arrive via Owl Post in 3–5 business days
  
• Expedited Griffon Flight: 1–3 business days
  
• International Portal Delivery: 7–21 business days (contingent on customs, moon phase, and time rifts)
  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most kingdoms and realms around the globe. If you don't see your region at checkout, send us a scroll at [your support email], and we’ll consult the teleportation circles.

My item arrived damaged! What do I do?

First, take a deep breath. Then, snap a photo of the damaged relic and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund faster than you can say “accio refund.”

Can I return an item?

Yes — if it hasn’t been used in a ritual. You have 30 days from delivery to return most items in their original condition. Check our Returns Policy for full details.

Custom items and Mystery MacGuffins are not returnable, unless they arrive cursed (i.e., damaged or defective).

Do you make custom orders?

We do—when the stars align! Message us with your idea and we’ll see if the forge can handle your request. Custom magical inscriptions? One-of-a-kind keychains? Let’s talk.

Will my order include anything fun?

Absolutely. Some items come with bonus lore, mini scrolls, or collectible extras. You might even receive a cursed item. (Just kidding. Probably.)
